Hélène's advice:
Be well anchored. Being made of natural rubber, your YUJ yoga mat will have a very good grip on the floor. To prevent the mat from being slippery when first used, it can be moistened on the surface at the anchor points in case of dry hands.

Very soft microfibre coating for a better grip.

Maintenance :

Remember to wash your carpet once or twice in the machine (cold, without spinning) before the first use for optimal grip.

Moisten the carpet with a spray (water + essential oils) especially on the anchoring points to improve its adhesion.
